Non-profit organizations may have their application fee ($200) waived in exchange for providing 4 volunteers per vendor.*
Volunteers are expected to help with the festival in various capacities (not just man your organization’s booth).
Volunteers may work in shifts and will not be expected to work the entire festival.
Vendors must be set up by 12:00 PM and may break down at 6:00PM and must be present for the entire event (no early breakdown).
This is a rain or shine event, therefore, we require a canopy for all vendors including non-profit vendors. You may provide your own tent, table and chairs, or rent them from JCA. Canopies– $150 (setup and breakdown included), Tables– $25.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER AUGUST 14th – no exceptions.
Prior to the festival date, you will be contacted by our Volunteer Coordinator, Laurie Durkin, about your volunteer duties. *Volunteer opportunities are limited, apply early! Jenkintown Community Alliance retains the right to rescind this offer at any time if volunteer capacity exceeds our needs.
