Artist Information

The Jenkintown Festival of the Arts arts/craft show is open to all craft artists who are residents of and working in the United States. Work should show artist’s creativity and individuality. It is open to artists in all media who design and produce their own handcrafted work. No commercially mass produced items or items for resale will be accepted. Only those items represented by the application samples will be accepted, no additional categories of items by the artist will be allowed to be displayed. Any infringement would ban the artist from future festivals. 2018 Categories (4) include: Crafts/Mixed Media, Jewelry, Painting, and Photography/Prints


  • Festival Best in Show receives a $500 cash prize.
  • First Place Winner in each of the four categories, Crafts/Mixed Media, Jewelry, Painting, and Photography/Print, receive $100 cash prize.

Space size

10’ x 10’. We provide only one space per accepted application. Artists are responsible for supplying his/her own booth or display unit and we require canopies for your own comfort.  Electricity will NOT be provided. All displays must be set up for the full length of the show. You may sell your work in your booth and keep any profits. Special requests may be considered for special circumstances. Accepted artists will be charged an $130 exhibitor fee.  If needed, canopies and tables can be rented at an additional fee from the Jenkintown Community Alliance.

Application Deadlines and Procedures

The application deadline is June 30, 2018.

Please fill out our online application form. A $130 payment ($30 non-refundable application fee and $100 exhibitor fee, refunded if not selected) is necessary to complete the online application process. Payment by Paypal or credit card. You should receive a confirmation email once you have registered.

If you are unable to complete the online application process and would prefer to send payment to us directly, please print and sign a copy of following application form along with payment check(s) made out to the Jenkintown Community Alliance and must arrive one week prior to deadline for processing (June 23, 2018).

Jury Procedures

  1. The jury panel will review all submissions.  Acceptance Notifications will be sent.
  2. The event will be held rain or shine on Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 1:00 – 6:00 pm.
  3. If accepted to exhibit all fees are non-refundable.
